Behind the looking glass
Thank you for taking the time to look at my images..
My formal training is in film/video production, specifically video editing. After creating video installation artwork in Savannah, Georgia I found myself in Colorado, working at an alpaca ranch (long story.) From there, I continued to refine the Swiss Army knife-wielding, pick-up-truck-drivin', dog-accompanied-outdoorswoman in me (a really long story.) And then... I began to bike.. and bike... and bike... I biked across half of one continent and into another (an even longer story.)
That brought me back to the joys of seeing the world from behind the looking glass. Ironically, my camera was stolen halfway through one particular two-wheeled adventure.. but like a good little art school student, my trusty sketch book provided an outlet to recreate fleeting moments caught with my mind's eye.
The work that you see here will change as frequently as I can keep up with it. Perhaps you would do me the great honor of visiting every now and again to survey the progress and growth of my work. Critiques are welcome!
